The Hawai’i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in connection with two theft cases involving all-terrain vehicles.

Police received a report on May 19 that someone had stolen a red 2007 Kawasaki Brute ATV from Kaiakea Homestead Road in Ninole sometime between 3 p.m. May 15 and 8:20 a.m. May 19 while the ATV was parking along the roadway. The ATV’s vehicle identification number is JKAVFEF147B508451. The ATV is valued at $7,295.

Another owner reported that an ATV’s tires and rims were removed from the same location while the ATV was secured to a tree sometime between 3:30 p.m. June 5 and 9:30 a.m. June 6. Value of those stolen items was $3,780.

Police ask that anyone with information about the identity of the thieves or the location of the stolen items call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
