Hawaiʻi Island police have charged the Puna man arrested last Tuesday (March 26) in connection with an incident involving a barricaded subject in the Eden Roc subdivision.

Jeffrey K. Cabantan, 55, of Eden Roc was charged Thursday with first-degree terroristic threatening and four firearm offenses. His bail was set at $104,000. He remained at the Hilo police cellblock pending his initial court hearing scheduled for Monday (April 1).
