Big Island police are renewing their request for the public’s help in identifying a person who used a stolen credit card.

The credit card was taken in a burglary at a dorm room on West LanikÄ?ula Street in Hilo on May 8. The image of the man who used the credit card was captured on a surveillance photo.

Police ask that anyone who recognizes the person depicted in the surveillance photo call Detective John Rodrigues at 961-2382 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
