The Hawaii Isle Police Activities League is sponsoring its seventh annual HI-PAL 8 and Under Basketball Jam, an island-wide event, to be held October 1-3, 2004.

All games will be played at the Papaikou gymnasium, and the format will be single elimination tournament. Each team will play a minimum of two games.

The tournament will be limited to the first 10 teams. Manoa from Oahu has already confirmed it will take part in this year’s jam.
