Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in identifying someone who broke into a filling station in Kealakekua on November 3.

The person threw a rock through a glass door, entered the building, removed a cold pack of beer and left the premises.

Police ask anyone with information about the case to call Officer Don Takahashi at 326-4646, extension 253, or the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
