Detectives from the Area II Criminal Investigations Section have charged a man who was arrested over the weekend for burglaries at two Kailua-Kona restaurants.

Brandon Kingsbury-Santiago, 20, of Kailua-Kona was charged at 4:05 p.m. Sunday with two counts of second-degree burglary, one count of criminal trespass, one count of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, two counts of second-degree theft, one count of third-degree theft and a liquor violation involving a minor.
