Hawaii County Police have arrested and charged a 58-year-old Puna man in connection with an incident involving a handgun at the State Building located at 75 Aupuni Street in Hilo.

Johan Iseger of Nanawale Estates reportedly walked into the State Building carrying a loaded .38 caliber pistol in a pink baby diaper bag. He placed the bag on the x-ray machine and security personnel were alerted to the handgun inside.
