Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Puna man who was reported missing Thursday.

Charles Smith Cobb-Adams, 69, of Ainaloa is described as part Hawaiian, 5-foot-9, 230 pounds with brown eyes and gray or partially gray hair.

He is known to frequent Keaau town. He drives a 1986 tan Toyota Tercel, license plate HGA244. He was last seen at his home at 4 a.m. Thursday. He has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
