MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island police are looking for a 15-year-old girl missing from her Maui home since November 1, 2004, and believed to be on the Big Island.

The girl was identified as Jo-El Chun, of a Kihei, Maui, address. Chun is believed to be in the company of an adult male in the area of Paauilo in Hamakua or Hilo.

Chun is described as being 5-foot-7 in height, weighing about 217 pounds and having black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Hamakua Patrol at 775-7533 or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.
