Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 19-year-old Hilo man who was reported missing.

Stanley Gonsalves was last seen in Hawaiian Paradise Park at about 10:22 a.m. Tuesday (January 8).

He is described as 5-foot-10, 145 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and a thin build. He may have an injury that requires medical attention.

Gonsalves is also wanted in connection with an abuse of a family or household member case.

Police ask that anyone with information about his whereabouts call Officer Shaine Tavares at 965-2716 or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
