Hawaii County police are searching for a 14-year-old boy who has been missing from his Hilo home since April 11.

Chye Robert Kulakauka Galante is described as about 5-foot-9, about 130 pounds with a fair complexion, a thin build, short light brown or blond hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen in the Keaukaha area of Hilo. He was wearing a white cap with surf logos, a black jacket, a pair of black pants and black shoes.

Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
