Missing from her Nevada home

MEDIA RELEASE

Big >Island> police are assisting the Reno Police Department in searching for a 16-year-old girl reported as missing from her Nevada home.

Her name is Angelica Garcia. She is described as Hispanic, 6 feet tall, about 208 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

A possible sighting was reported in the Pahoa section of Puna. She may be in the company of her grandfather, Dennis Garcia.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Officer B J Duarte of the Hilo Juvenile Aid section at 961-2373 or the Police Department’s non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
