Murder investigation conducted in the death of a Kona infant 10-12-05

Big Island Police are investigating the death of a four month old infant, which occurred in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

On October 12, 2005 at 7:00 p.m., Kona Patrol Officers responded to the report of an accidental stabbing on Oluolu Street in the Kona Highlands Subdivision. Upon arrival officers found the four-month old male infant had received a fatal stab wound.

A 16-year old female has been arrested for Murder in connection with the death. Kona Criminal Investigation Section detectives are continuing the investigation.
