Hilo Ice Task Force officers served a search warrant at an Aapi Place residence in Hilo Wednesday (January 21, 2004), recovered illegal drugs and arrested a man and a woman.

About 5:20 p.m., Task Force and East Hawaii Vice Section officers searched the residence and arrested Justin Bachiller, 25, and Cindy DeCosta, 23, on three counts of promoting dangerous drugs, four counts of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of promoting a detrimental drug.

They also recovered 5.1 grams of crystal methamphetamine, or “ice,” 2.4 grams of marijuana and illegal drug paraphernalia.
