MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island police are looking for a 15-year-old boy reported as a runaway missing from the Kona Interim Home since January 9, 2005.

The boy was identified as Justin Skaggs. Skaggs is described as being 5-foot-11 in height, weighing about 160 pounds and having a fair complexion, brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen in the Kailua Town area in mid-February 2005.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Officer Walter Ah Mow of the West Hawaii Juvenile Aid Section at 326-4646, Ext. 303, or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
