MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who has been missing from her residence in Leilani Estates, Puna, since Monday (September 13, 2000).

The missing girl, Candylynn Doss, is described as being of Puerto Rican and American Indian descent, being 5 feet in height, weighing about 100 pounds and having black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Doss’ whereabouts is asked to call Officer Peter Kualii of the Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2278, the police non-emergency number at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
