MEDIA RELEASE UPDATE

The Positive Alternative Gang Education program and Hawaii Isle Police Activities League are extending the deadline for registering for an Elementary Girls Basketball League.

Girls in grades 4-6 will be eligible to play in the league, sponsored jointly by P.A.G.E. and HI-PAL. The league will start in October.

The new deadline for registration is set for Thursday, September 30, 1999.

Anyone interested in registering a team should call the HI-PAL office at 961-2220.
