Police are asking for the public’s help in finding two men wanted on separate outstanding warrants.

They were identified as Oswald Kealoha Meyers, 38, and Gary Paul Vasconcellos, 36.

Meyers, also known as “Ozzie” or “Ozzy,” is described as being 5-feet-6 in height, weighing about 190 pounds and having brown eyes and short wavy black hair. He also has unknown tattoos on both hands and his left ankle. His last know address was in Hilo, and his is known to travel between Nanakuli on Oahu and the Big Island.

Meyers is wanted on separate warrants for contempt of court and for a drug offense.

Vasconcellos is described as being 5-feet-9 in height, weighing about 225 pounds and having brown eyes and black hair, usually worn long and tied in the back. His last known address was in Volcano, Puna.

He is wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.

Anyone with information about either man’s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Greg Esteban of the Hilo Criminal Investigation Section at 961-2384 or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. The numbers are answered 24 hours a day. Callers will be given a coded number and their identity will remain anonymous. Callers may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 if their call leads to an arrest, indictment or the recovery of property. Crime Stoppers neither subscribes to “Caller ID,” nor does it record phone calls.
