Waikoloa Accident 10/28/99

MEDIA RELEASE

On October 28, 1999, at approximately 02:30 A.M., the South Kohala Police responded to a reported Traffic Accident on the Waikoloa Road. On arrival, officers frond a single vehicle, a 1998 Isuzu MPVH overturned and on itâs right side, slightly off the roadway. There were no occupants with the vehicle.

Checking the scene, officers located three adult males, who had been ejected from the vehicle. All three adult males were transported to the North Hawaii Community Hospital for treatment. Two of the occupants are listed in critical condition and will be medi-vac to Honolulu for further treatment. The other occupant is listed in guarded condition.

South Kohala Police are continuing their investigation in this accident.
