The Hawaii Police Department is searching for five persons wanted on bench warrants.

They are:

  • Dayson Eblacas, 22, of Hilo
  • Nicholas Davis, 28, of Volcano
  • Kelii Nobriga-Brown, 20, of Hilo
  • Bonnie Castro, 36, of Mountain View
  • Franklin Grammer, 45, of Mountain View

Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of any of these individuals to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
