MEDIA RELEASE

The Hawaii Isle Police Activities League is registering teams for its upcoming West Hawaii HI-PAL Summer Basketball League.

The league, tentatively scheduled to begin on June 29, 1999, will feature seven divisions. They are 5-6 and 7-8 years old for boys and girls; 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 years old for boys; and elementary and intermediate for girls.

Interested teams are asked to call the West Hawaii HI-PAL office at 326-4276 or to page Officer Joseph Kealoha at 899-9205.

The registration deadline is Tuesday, June 1, 1999.
