Hawai’i Island Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a male individual who is wanted on an outstanding Warrant of Arrest, as well as for questioning relative to an unrelated theft investigation that occurred on (January 2) in Hilo.
The individual is identified as 28-year-old Gavin K. Calicdan. He is approximately 5-feet-9 inches, approximately 195 pounds, medium build, with black hair, and brown eyes.
