Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s help in identifying persons whose images were recorded on a surveillance photo recently obtained in connection with a burglary last year.

Sometime between 11 p.m. October 5 and 5:30 a.m. October 6, unknown persons forcibly entered a convenience store at a gas station at the corner of Hualālai Road and Kuakini Highway in Kailua-Kona. They removed tobacco products, lighters and sandwiches valued at $855.

Police ask anyone with information about their identity to contact Detective Sandor Finkey at 326-4646, extension 281 or sandor.finkey@hawaiicounty.gov.
