…missing from Kauai detention facility

MEDIA RELEASE

Police are looking for a 15-year-old girl reported missing from a detention facility on Kauai since October 8, 2004, and is believed to be on the Big Island.

She was identified as Natasha Santos.

Santos is described as being Filipino, being 5-foot-2 in height, weighing about 103 pounds with a slim build and having a tan complexion, shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Officer Peter Kualii of the East Hawaii Juvenile Aid Section at 961-2373 or the police non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Those who wish to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept strictly confidential.
