Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Hilo man who just moved here from Oahu.

Rexford McFarland, 51, was last seen on March 8 at the Ainaola Drive home of his sister, where he was living.

He is described as Caucasian, 6-foot-7, about 222 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes and no facial hair.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call Officer Grant K. Todd at 961-2213 or the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.
