Traffic investigators have identified a 58-year-old Pāhoa man who died Thursday (August 13) at the Queens Medical Center after being involved in a one-vehicle crash on Route 132 in the Puna District in the area of the 7-mile marker on August 5.

The victim was identified as Charles A. Robinson, of a Pāhoa address. An autopsy conducted by the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office showed that Robinson died due to a previous medical condition and not from injuries sustained in the crash.

The traffic fatality count was reduced to 13.
