Police have arrested a 30-year-old man wanted on three warrants — two for contempt of court and one for failure to appear in court — in Puna

Acting on a tip, Puna patrol officers arrested the suspect, Alfred Keahilihau, of no permanent address, at 12:20 p.m. Sunday (February 9, 2003) at a Pikake Street address in the Ainaloa Estates subdivision.

Keahilihau, also known as Kaleo, is being held in the Hilo police cellblock in lieu of $8,500 bail.

Besides the three warrants, Keahilihau had also been sought for questioning about a separate incident.
