Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 51-year-old Clifford Mitchell of Pāhoa who was reported missing over the weekend.

He was last seen in Pāhoa on the morning of December 19, 2020, wearing a black target shirt, black pants, and red shoes. Mitchell is described as African-American, 6’-2” tall, 150 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
