Hawai‘i Island Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Mary Costner, who is reported as a runaway.

The teen was last seen on foot near Maku’u Drive and 8th Avenue in Pahoa on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 4:45 p.m.

She is described as being fair skin, 5-feet 2-inches tall, 170 pounds with long dark brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a gray colored sweatshirt, black sweatpants and off-white Crocs.

Police ask anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Mary Costner to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
