Big Island police are looking for one or more persons involved in a burglary at a gas station in Kona on April 1.

The suspect or suspects entered the Hawaii Tech Gas Station in Kalaoa and removed tools, cash and safety check stickers with a combined value of $2,000.

Police ask that anyone with information about the case call Detective Walter Ah Mow at 326-4646, extension 238, or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
