During the month of June, the Hawai’i Police Department conducted a Community Satisfaction Survey. The survey questions were posted on the Police Department’s web site, but the responses were collected and compiled by an outside source.

Chief Harry S. Kubojiri said the purpose of the survey was to learn how the Police Department is perceived by the public so he can identify the areas that need improvement to allow us to better serve our community.

“Mahalo to the members of the public who participated in this survey,” Chief Kubojiri said. “This will help us to evaluate how well we are fulfilling our core value of Community Satisfaction.”

The survey results are posted on the Police Department’s web site (www.hawaiipolice.com).
