Kona driver license office closed for move 04-30-04

MEDIA RELEASE UPDATE

The Kona Driver License and Periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection offices is moving to the Kona Center (old Foodland Building) on the corner of Hanama Place and Kuakini Highway.

During the move, the Kona Driver License office is closed for business through Wednesday (May 5, 2004). During this period, the periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection office is available for safety inspection sticker sales only during the hours of 8-11 a.m.

The new office is scheduled to open for business as usual on Thursday (May 6, 2004).
