Hawaiʻi Island Police are searching for a missing Mt. View woman who was last heard from on (April 7).

The woman, Mary Alexis Patterson, was speaking to her mother on the phone and never heard from again.

Patterson is described as being 5-feet-8-inches, 145 lbs., with brown eyes and brown medium length, wavy hair.

According to Detective Todd Pataray, “Patterson is in need of care, and a mother, whose children are missing her.” She may be in the Hilo or Pāhoa areas of the Big Island.
