Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a North Kohala man who has been reported missing.

23-year-old Israel Victorino-Rabang was last seen around 4:30 p.m., Sunday afternoon, (July 1), riding a skateboard on Kumakua Street in Hawi.

He has a medical condition that requires medication.

Victorino-Rabang is described as about 5-feet-6-inches, 150 pounds, medium complexion, and long hair. He was last seen wearing dark-colored shorts and no shirt.

Anyone who may have information of his whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
