Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for an 18-year-old woman from Hāwī, who was reported missing.

Curtni Maria was reported missing by her probation officer on November 27th, 2019, who last contacted her on November 4th 2019. 

Curtni was last seen on January 26th, 2020 in connection with a shoplifting incident in Hilo, Hawaiʻi.  She was reported as fleeing the area from loss prevention agents, and then leaving in a silver Honda Civic sedan operated by an unknown male party.

Curtni Maria is also wanted on a $25,000.00 warrant for Criminal Contempt of Court, as well as questioning in the shoplifting investigation. 

She is described as part-hawaiian, 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 130 pounds with brown eyes and long brown hair.  She is described as having a mole on the left side of the bridge of her nose.  Curtni is known to frequent the areas of Hilo, Honokaʻa, Kohala, and Kona.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to please call the Police Department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
