Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 67-year-old Pahala woman who was reported missing.

Carolyn Gandalira was last seen at 4 a.m. Tuesday (July 26) in Pahala.

She is described as 5-foot-7, 114 pounds with shoulder-length strawberry-blond hair, green eyes and scars on her arms. She was last seen wearing a black dress, sandals and black-framed glasses and operating a 2007 red Chevrolet Aveo four-door sedan. She has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask anyone with information about her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
