The most recent edition of the Crime Stoppers television program “Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted” highlights a 22-year-old man wanted on bench warrants and for questioning in threat cases, a 32-year-old man wanted for drug charges and a 30-year-old man wanted for questioning and for violating release on bail.
The new episode begins airing Friday (August 5).
In it, police ask for help in locating 22-year-old Luka Kekoa Mossman of Waikoloa, who is wanted on three counts of contempt of court. He is also wanted for questioning in connection with several terroristic threatening cases. He is described as 5-foot-8, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police caution the public not to approach him, as he may be armed and dangerous.
The television program also asks for help in locating another Waikoloa man, 32-year-old Aaron Drew Hill, also known as “Parker.” He is wanted for promoting a dangerous drug and possessing drug paraphernalia. He is described as 6-foot-3, 170 pounds, with green eyes and blond hair. He frequents the Waikoloa Village area. Police caution the public not to approach him.
In this latest edition of “Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted,” Officer Jason Grouns also asks for help in locating 30-year-old Joseph Paul Branco of Ainaloa, also known as JP Branco, who wanted on a warrant for violating release on bail and for questioning in an unrelated case. He is described as 5-foot-7, 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

“Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted” is a project of Crime Stoppers Hilo, Inc., which is a partnership of the business community, the media and the police. It was inspired by the national TV show, “America’s Most Wanted.” The program airs on Na Leo O Hawaiʻi Community Television Channel 54 on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. It also airs intermittently on Channel 53.
