Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s help for any witnesses or information relative to an incident that occurred on Thursday, (August 24), at 5:40 p.m., along the west side fishpond rock wall of the James Kealoha Beach Park, (4 Miles Beach Park, Hilo).  A white Ford truck that was parked along the wall was severely damaged by two females. The two females and a male accompanying them also threatened the owner, who was present.

Anyone who may have information about this incident is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Aaron Kaeo of the South Hilo Patrol at (808) 961-2203.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.00.
