Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Joshua Rapp, who was reported as a runaway. He was last seen in the area of the 100 block of West Kawili in Hilo on Friday, Sept. 24, 2021, at 10:40 a.m.

Rapp is described as local with a brown complexion, 6 feet 3 inches, 360 pounds, with short black hair, mustache, beard, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black t-shirt, gray shorts, and shoes.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
