Media Release 

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance with locating 27-year-old Tatiana Sayad and her two-year-old son Ashley Allen. Sayad is wanted on an outstanding warrant relative to a custodial interference investigation. She resides in Kona but is also known to frequent the Waimea and Hilo areas. The pair were last seen in October 2023 in the Waimea area.

Sayad, who may also be using the last name of Jones, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 137 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Allen is a male toddler with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sayad or Allen to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Detective John Kari by phone at (808) 326-4646, Ext. 265, or by email at John.Kari@hawaiicounty.gov.
