Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Amy Smith, of Hilo, who was reported missing. She was last seen on Thursday, January 6, 2022, around 3:00 p.m. on Wainaku Street in Hilo.

Smith is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde hair.

Police ask anyone with information on Smith’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Onan Masaoka at onan.masaoka@hawaiicounty.gov.
