Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Ryzen-Josiah Dasalla of Hilo, who is reported missing.  He was last seen in the area of Uluwai Street in Hilo on Friday, January 19, 2024 at around 3:00 p.m.

He is described as local/asian, approximately 5-feet 9-inches tall, approximately 130 pounds, brown eyes, and bushy black hair. He also has a tattoo that says “Aloha” on his right arm

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311 or contact Officer Preston Paglinawan at preston.paglinawan @hawaiicounty.gov.
