Hawai’i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating three individuals from Ocean View who are wanted for outstanding bench warrants and also for questioning in other criminal investigations. The three individuals are:

Ronald Patrick Keahonui Kahihikolo

Kahihikolo is 42 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 215 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a distinctive tattoo on his right cheek near his eye that reads “greed”. 

Hubert Kekahuna-Kekona

Kekahuna-Kekona is 38 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his upper right arm and on both of his lower legs.

Justina Alves

Alves is 33 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 125 pounds with brown hair  and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her left neck area that reads “Ronald”.

All three individuals frequent the South Kona and Ocean View areas.

Hawai‘i Police Department would also like to remind the public that harboring or concealing a wanted person can result in criminal charges being filed against the person who harbors or concealed the wanted person.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals is encouraged to contact Detective Donovan Kohara at (808) 326-4646 ext. 267, or via email at donovan.kohara@hawaiicounty.gov. They may also contact the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
