Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public assistance in locating 25-year-old Francisco Manalo of Waimea, who was reported missing. Manalo is considered endangered because he has a medical condition which requires medication.

Manolo was last seen by family members at his residence on Puu Pulehu Loop in Waimea on Wednesday October 2, 2024, wearing all black clothing.

He is described as having a medium tan complexion, 5 feet 1 inch tall, 110 pounds, with short black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache. He also walks with a noticeable limp.

Police ask anyone with information on Manolo’s whereabouts to please contact Officer Robert Mckay, Jr. of South Kohala Patrol at (808)887-3080.
