Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old, Brook-Taylor Sato-Lasky, who is reported as a runaway.

She was last seen in the area of Waianuenue Avenue in Hilo on Wednesday, October 10, 2024, at around 3:00 p.m.

She is described as local, 5-feet 3-inches tall, 160 pounds, medium build, light complexion, shoulder length black hair, and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a crop sweater which was soft tie-dye brown, blue, and pink. She was either wearing black leggings or blue jean shorts and white sneakers or light blue Crocs. She often wears a small black backpack across her chest like a fanny pack.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
