Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 67-year-old Christopher A. Polifka of Kona, who was reported missing by his family on Sunday, October 10, 2021.

Polifka is described as being Caucasian with a medium build, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 165 pounds, with reddish-blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen in Kailua-Kona on November 24, 2020, and may have been making his way towards the Ocean View area in the Ka‘ū district.

Anyone with any information on Polifka’s whereabouts is asked to call Officer Rodney Kekaualua, Jr. of the Ka‘ū Patrol division at (808) 939-2520, or via email at rodney.kekaualua@hawaiicounty.gov, or call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
