Media Release (update)

The man who died from injuries sustained in a pedestrian/vehicle crash in Hilo last month has been identified through fingerprints as 64-year-old Gary Hall of Hilo.

Police ask anyone who witnessed the crash on October 3 near the 500 block of Kīlauea Avenue to contact Officer Keith Nacis at 961-8119 or keith.nacis@hawaiicounty.gov.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island wide Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
