Hawai‘i Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing “at-risk” person, 19-year-old Kaynan Kobayashi-Kawelo.

He was last seen Tuesday evening, November 1, 2022, at 8:45 p.m., on Waianuenue Avenue in Hilo wearing blue surf shorts and slippers.

Kobayashi-Kawelo is described as part-Hawaiian, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos on both arms.
