Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 62-year-old Elroy Holi Pacheco Jr., of Hilo.

He was reportedly last seen on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in the Hilo area. He is known to frequent Clem Akina Park in Wainaku and the Clubhouse on Kilauea Avenue in Hilo.

Pacheco is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

A recent photograph of Pacheco Jr. has been added to help the public with his identification.
