Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 82-year-old Richard Martin, of Delano, Minnesota, who was reported missing on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021.

Martin was last seen on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m. at Kawaihae Harbor wearing a white polo shirt with gray stripes, black walking shorts, and white tennis shoes. He is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 10 inches, 258 pounds, with blue eyes and balding short grey hair and wears eye glasses. 

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Officer Apollo Kepoo at (808) 887-3080, via email at Apollo.Kepoo@hawaiicounty.gov, or call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
