Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 82-year-old Richard Martin, of Delano, Minnesota, who was reported missing on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021.

Martin was last seen on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m. at Kawaihae Harbor wearing a white polo shirt with gray stripes, black walking shorts, and white tennis shoes. He is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 10 inches, 258 pounds, with blue eyes and balding short grey hair and wears eye glasses.
